Blueberry Muffins

110g soft butter
220g sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
260g plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
125ml milk
100-150 blueberries (or berries mix)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Mix the butter andsugar until it is light and soft.
3. Mix in the eggs, beating after each one, Add in vanilla powder.
4. Sift in the flour, salt and baking powder with the milk.
5. Mix in the berries into the batter.
6. Fill cupcake holders with batter with around 4-5 tbsp each one, according to your liking. If you’d like sprinkle some sugar on the top.
7. Pop in the oven for about 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
