🍝🥫Homemade Pesto Sauce🥫🍝
Ingredients
Serves 4-5 persons:
🥬50g Fresh Basil
🧀40g Grana Padano/Parmesan
🧅5-10g Garlic Powder
🍶 3-4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🥜40g Walnuts or pine nuts
🍋1/2 a lemon, juice
🧊2 tbsp water or milk
🧂Sprinkle in some salt & pepper
🍝Pasta🍝
🍝125g Fusilli per serving
Method
1. Blend all ingredients a hand blender until the sauce becomes smooth
2. Combine sauce with pasta and you’re done🤩
