💚Mint Chocolate Chip Buttercream💚

260g Icing Sugar
170g Butter
Drop of mint essence
2 Drops of green food colouring
2-3 tbsp milk
Chocolate chips (as much as you want!)
Method
1. Mix the butter & icing sugar & mint essence with a blender, add the milk slowly.
2. Once it looks spreadable add the green food colouring & mix it in.
3. Fold in the chocolate chip. Place it in the fridge for some time just to keep it cool!💚
4. Spread the buttercream on any cakemix of your choice.
You can change this recipe in any way you want! For example, if you want strawberry buttercream you can use pink/red food colouring & strawberry essence!
