🌶🍅Chilli Pasta with Ricotta🌶🍅

Ingredients

Serves 2 persons:
🍝250g Pasta - according to your liking
🧄 2 tsp garlic powder
🌶 1 tsp chilli powder or flakes
🍅 200ml tomato sauce (we made it from scratch)
🧀 Ricotta for the the top

Method

1. Boil the pasta accordingly.
2. 2 minutes before the pasta is ready, on a pan cook the garlic & chili on some oil. Mix them together for 30 seconds (the chili becomes a dark colour). Switch off the heat.
3. Drain the pasta and pop it into the pan and mix it well into the chili/garlic mix.
4. Switch on the heat again and in the same pan add the tomato sauce. Mix well.
5. After 2-3 minutes (or until sauce is warm (you can pre-heat the sauce otherwise)) switch off the heat, pop into a plate and place 2 tbsp of ricotta on top! Enjoy🤤
