🍪Cookie Cake🍪
Total time: 35-40 minutesIngredients
100g butter
40 g milk chocolate chips
40 g white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
70g white sugar
70g brown sugar
2 tsp corn flour
2 tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
250g flour
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a circular dish
2. Mix the butter & sugars into a bowl until light & fluffy.
3. Add the egg & vanilla - mix
4. In another bowl mix the flour, baking soda, corn flour & salt
5. Mix the dry ingredients into the other mixture and mix until combined. Then Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.
6. Place the cookie dough into the tin and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25 minutes! Feel free to melt chocolate on the top like we did!
