Focaccia Cake

Total time: 100 minutes

Ingredients

420g flour
350ml water
1.5 tsp cinnamon powder
1tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Powder
Cherry Tomatoes

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Place the sugar and yeast and then add water. Mix and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
3. Mix in the flour and the salt to form a dough. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
4. Get the dough out of the bowl by adding some flour on top and place in a round cake tin with baking paper below.
5. Add a bit of oil and spread it on top of the dough. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
6. Once the resting period is over, gently make some holes and place the cherry tomatoes.
7. Spread the garlic powder and oil on top of the dough and add salt.
8. Bake in oven for around 20 minutes
