Bueno Ice Cream

100g Nutella
75g condensed milk
1-2 Bueno
250ml whipping cream
Method
1. Mix the Nutella & condensed milk till it’s soft.
2. Whip the whipping cream with hand blender until it’s thick.
3. Fold half the whipped mixture into the Nutella mix with spatula & until one colour & fold the other half.
4. Add broken pieces of Bueno (break each cube into half) & mix.
5. Place in a loaf tin & if you have Nutella left add some on the top, and if you’d like some bueno too!
6. Cover with cling film & leave in freezer for 2-3h if you want it creamy, if you leave it 5-6h it will harden.
