🍰Marble Cake🍰
Total time: 75 minutesIngredients
120ml olive oil
125ml lactose free milk & drop of vanilla essense
5 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp vanilla essense
60g Lactose Free white youghurt
260g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp lactose free milk
Lactose Free Buttercream
100ml lactose free butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp lactose free milk
2 cups icing sugar
Mix all together until combined
Method
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
2. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and yoghurt until smooth.
3. Add in the milk and mix again.
4. In another bowl, mix in the flour and baking powder. Slowly add the flour into the wet mix.
5. Get out 1 cup of batter into another bowl and add the cocoa powder and 2 tbsp of milk
6. In a dish, put heaping tablespoons alternating between the vanilla and cocoa mix. Then get a knife and do swirling motions in the tin to create the marble effect.
7. Bake for 45 minutes.
