Homemade tomato sauce (using 10 tomatoes)
2 eggplants
Lactose free mozzarella (shavings)
Method
1. Cut the tomatoes and blend until smooth.
2. Cut the eggplant in slices after removing the peel.
3. In a dish place a layer of tomato sauce, layer of eggplant, layer of mozzarella (until you fill the dish).
4. Then pop it in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes (until mozzarella melts)! And you’re done😀
