Pistacchio Pasta

Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (4 Servings)

Pistacchio Pasta Ingredients: 50ml oil
70ml water
100g pistachio
2 tbsp basil
3-4 tbsp grated cheese
1-2 tbsp cream
1/2 the zest of a lemon
70g guanciale

Method

1. Blend all above ingredients except for the guanciale until the sauce thickens.
2. Cook the guanciale on a pan with some oil, while the pasta is boiling. Add 5 tbsp pasta water to the guanciale and then mix into the ready pasta.
3. Add the bacon and sauce to the pasta and cook for another 1 minute until all pasta is coated with the sauce.
