Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
2. Place a skewer into the frankfurter and cut lines from top to bottom (not all the way round) on the sausage. Remove the skewer.
3. Get your pizza dough, cut in circles, place the sausage in a circle and with a toothpick place the dough in the cuts created on the saysage.
4. Add some mozzarella in the middle and pop in the over for 15 minutes! Enjoy!
