Sheet Pancakes

370g plain flour
3 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
500ml milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp melted butter
Toppings (your choice)
We used:
- 1 banana
- Chocolate flakes
- Sprinkles
- Berries
- Almonds
Method
1. Preheat oven to 215 degrees Celcius.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Add all wet ingredients into the dry mix and mix.
4. Prepare a dish with baking paper, pour the mixture into the dish; place all toppings on top.
5. Pop into the oven for 15 minutes & enjoy a super fluffy and healthy dessert/snack!😃
