🍝Spaghetti Aglio e Oglio with a Chilli twist🍝
Ingredients
Serves 2 persons:
🧄 2 garlic cloves
🧀 2-3 tbsp Parmesan/Grana Padano (optional)
🌶 1/2 tsp dried chilli
🍶 3 tbsp @borgesmt_ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🧂sprinkle some salt & pepper to you liking
🍝 Spaghetti (we used n3)
🥗Parsley
Method
1.Start cooking the spaghetti in a pot. 2. In a pan start cooking the chili & garlic (with the oil oil). Cook for some minutes. 3. Add in the spaghetti (save 3 tbsp pasta water). Mix the pasta in the oil, garlic & chili mix to get the Flavour. 4. Add in the pasta water and mix. Top it off with some cheese & parsley and you’re good to go🤩
