Total time: 35-40 minutesIngredients
230g Butter
6-7tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla essence
280g Flour
3 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp sugar
Filling of your choice
Method
1. Blend together the butter & icing sugar till smooth.
2. Add the vanilla essence & blend. Gradually mix in the flour.
3. Then add the milk & sugar and blend again.
4. Get a piping bag and place the mixture inside, then pipe into lines (like the video) and turn into a circle with your hands (it might be a bit tough).
5. Place in the oven on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (until a little brown) enjoy!
6. Fill/dip wit whatever you like, we used pistachio cream, chocolate cream (both from @macbake_malta) and jam & marmalade for the sandwich ones🤩
